Privacy Policy
Last updated 6 October 2026. The Italian version of this policy is the authoritative one.
The short version
Your email files are read inside your browser and are never uploaded. We cannot see them, store them or hand them over, because they never reach us.

Who is responsible
The data controller is CAPITA S.R.L., Piazza Lodovico Cerva 43, 00143 Rome, Italy, VAT IT17385951003. For any privacy matter write to support@capita.srl.
Your email files
This is the part that matters, so it comes first: the files you open are never uploaded. Parsing happens in JavaScript inside your own browser. No copy is created on our servers, because the file never travels to them.
You can verify this rather than trust it: open the Network panel of your browser's developer tools and watch while you open a message. No request carries its contents out.
We also block the remote images embedded in messages. Those images are commonly tracking pixels that tell the sender you opened the mail; blocking them means reading a message does not announce itself to whoever sent it.
What we do handle
- Payment data — handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the email address you entered. We never see your card.
- Your email address, if you buy, so that we can send you a licence key and reply to support requests. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Analytics — Google Analytics, loaded only if you accept it in the banner, with IP anonymisation. Refusing it changes nothing about how the site works.
- A session cookie after a purchase, so the browser knows the export is unlocked. It contains no personal data beyond your email and the plan.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing. Write to support@capita.srl and we will answer within thirty days. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority; in Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Payment records are kept for ten years because Italian tax law requires it. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months.
