What the service does
emlviewer.app reads email files in the .eml (RFC 5322) and .msg
(Outlook) formats and displays their headers, body and attachment list. Processing
happens entirely in your browser.
Where a message carries SPF, DKIM or DMARC results, we display what the receiving server recorded. Those are indications, not verdicts: they tell you what one server concluded at one moment, and they are not a guarantee that a message is genuine or fraudulent. Do not rely on them alone for a decision that matters.
What you pay for
Opening and reading messages is free and unlimited. Exporting a PDF and downloading attachments require a purchase: a single message, a twelve-month plan, or a one-off lifetime unlock. The price is the one shown on the purchase page at the moment you buy.
The twelve-month plan does not renew automatically.
Refunds
Because the content is delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply once delivery has begun. Regardless of that, we operate a fourteen-day goodwill refund: write to support@capita.srl and we refund, without requiring a justification.
Limits
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that every file produced by every mail program in every version will be read correctly, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of what the viewer displays.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory protections of your country of residence continue to apply.
